Rates

The Waterville Sewerage District completed a Rate Study on April 12, 2022 and following a public hearing the Board of Commissioners accepted the rates.  The rates were effective on July 1, 2022. The last rate increase went into effect on January 1, 2015.  The rates were established to meet projected revenue requirements for the next 5 years.

Sanitary Sewer Rates:

User Charge (per 100 cubic feet per quarter) - $2.97

Minimum Quarterly Bill (per quarter per 1800 cubic feet) - $53.46

Unmetered Customers (per quarter) - $65.34

Roof Drain Fee (per 100 cubic feet per quarter) - $5.94

Surcharge for Sump Pumps, Cellar Drains and Perimeter Drains (per quarter) - $30.00

Storm Drain Rates:

Catch Basin In The Public Right Of Way Annual Fee - $252.00 ($63 quarterly)

Catch Basin Outside The Public Right Of Way Annual Fee - $123 ($31.50 quarterly)
