Rates

The Waterville Sewerage District completed a Rate Study on May 12, 2026 and following a public hearing the Board of Commissioners accepted the rates. There will be a rate increase in 2026 and 2027.  The rates were effective on July 1, 2026. The last rate increase went into effect on July 1, 2022.

Sanitary Sewer Rates:

User Charge (per 100 cubic feet per quarter) - $3.45 ($3.87 July 1, 2027)

Minimum Quarterly Bill (per quarter per 1800 cubic feet) - $62.10 ($69.66 July 1, 2027)

Unmetered Customers (per quarter) - $75.90 ($85.15 July 1, 2027)

Roof Drain Fee (per 100 cubic feet per quarter) - $6.90 ($7.74 July 1, 2027)

Surcharge for Sump Pumps, Cellar Drains and Perimeter Drains (per quarter) - $30.00 ($30.00 July 1, 2027)

Storm Drain Rates:

Catch Basin In The Public Right Of Way Annual Fee - $270.00 ($320.00 July 1, 2027)

Catch Basin Outside The Public Right Of Way Annual Fee - $135.00 ($160.00 July 1, 2027)
