How to pay your bill.

The District mails bills to customers quarterly and they are due 30 days after they are sent.

Customers can pay their bills:

1. In Person over-the-counter with cash, check, or *credit/debit card.

2. Over the Phone, 207-873-5191, with a *credit/debit card.

3. New Method - Customers can now pay Online with a *credit/debit card using the link below to inforME an official website of the State of Maine.

4. Checks can be sent to District in the Mail at the following address: Waterville Sewerage District, 353 Water Street, Waterville ME 04901

5. We find that a lot of our customers use their bank's "Bill Pay" service which is often free. You may want to check with your bank to see what they offer.

*Credit Card Charge: Please note that if you use a credit card there is a 2.5% or $1 minimum charge that goes to the company that process the payment.

CAUTION: A number of our customers use a bill pay service called Doxo. If you search online for the Waterville Sewerage District one of the first sites you will see is: "Waterville Sewerage District (ME) | Pay Your Bill Online - Doxo" . This is not a Waterville Sewerage District site and although we are happy to receive payment through this site we caution users as the fees for non ACH transactions can be significant.
